Once you’ve found the right property, it’s time to put in an offer. We’ll liase with the landlord on your behalf about details such as price of rent, length of tenancy and move-in date. This is also a good opportunity to make any special requests you may have.
Fantastic news, the landlord has accepted your offer and it’s time to pay a holding deposit of one week’s rent to secure the property. We’ll take the property off the market and begin finalising the tenancy.
To proceed, we will undertake extensive referencing to ensure your suitability in renting with us. This will include credit checks, employment and previous landlord references.
Once everything is in place, we will draw up an contract between yourself and the landlord which will form a legally-binding tenancy agreement.
On the agreed move-in date, you will pay a deposit if required, your initial month’s rent and collect the keys to your new home.
